I believe floral design is an important craft and that it should be more valued and appreciated for the infinite artistic and creative possibilities it offers.
It is also a vast subject that can be seen through many lenses: the growing part, the arranging part for the technical angles as well as the artistic angle, the different ways to work in flowers and the more business and logistic aspects of it.
There is so much to explore and after years of working full time as a floral designer, i still feel that i always have more to learn! What fun would it be otherwise?
I would like to share what i have learned through the years and inspire you to enjoy this wonderful world of flowers!
So if you are interested in flowers I would love to welcome you at any moment of your flower journey:
Floral professionnals: wanting to learn new techniques (No floral foam design, installations,…), interested in exploring a more garden inspired natural style of arranging, searching for a boost of inspiration, or just wishing to take some time for themselves to be creative with flowers.
Aspiring floral designers: wondering about a new path with flowers and looking to learn this craft and everything that goes into it. It’s not always easy to know where to start, so let’s discover what the work of a floral designer is together and give you a boost on your flower journey.
Flowers Lovers: wishing to try their hands at making a bouquet or an arrangement simply for their own enjoyement or to spend a nice moment with friends.

There will be different possibilities to learn, so we can find the one that is more appropriate for your wishes.
1:1 Classes in my studio: This is the opportunity to have a program tailor made for you. We can then cover the specific topics that you are the most interested in and do it in a private setting to take advantage of our time together fully.

Small groups: This is for the friends that want to enjoy the experience together. For two students or more, we can focus on a subject of your choice, be it for the professional or aspiring professional or just some flower loving people looking for a fun time. These can be at my studio or elsewhere depending on the number of students and the topic.

Group Workshops: These will be organised by me for a definite number of students. I will have some planned in collaboration with amazing other floral professionals at set dates.

The next one will be a Joined Workshop in the spring of 2021 with the wonderful Sanne from Bookette Flowers.

Sanne is a Farmer Florist dedicated to grow flowers in the most responsible way. No chemicals, but lots of hard work and love.
She is also a very poetic designer and has a great eye for color and composition.
Her training as an architect gave her a solid base on design and artistic principles.
We wish to combine our different experiences and know how to offer you an amazing floral experience that we hope will make you fall in love with flowers even more.
Our goal is to share the sheer joy that we experience with floral design and inspire you to find your own voice.
We want to equip you with tools to explore your creativity and express yourself through flowers.
